In short: Remind Me! does not collect personal data. Your reminders, voice recordings and settings stay on your phone only. The app has no internet access, shows no ads and sends nothing to GSA or to anyone else.

Remind Me! (Portuguese name Me Lembra!, package br.com.gsa.remindme) is an Android app published by GSA Serviços Digitais LTDA for creating personal reminders. You write a text, choose when it should repeat and how you want to be notified: by notification or by alarm, with the phone's default sound, with the text read aloud, or with a recording of your own voice.
This policy describes which data the app handles, where it is kept and what your rights are. For information about data handling by the company in general, see our General Privacy Policy (in Portuguese).
The app only handles data you create while using it. All of it is stored exclusively in the phone's internal storage, in the app's private area, and is never transmitted.

The app does not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, device identifiers, advertising identifiers or any other personal data. GSA Serviços Digitais LTDA has no access to the content of your reminders or recordings.
You may, on your own initiative, export a backup file containing your reminders and settings and choose where to save it (for example Google Drive, another cloud service or the phone itself). This choice is made through the Android file picker, and the app neither knows nor records the chosen destination. Voice recordings are not included in the backup. Handling of the file by the chosen service is governed by that service's privacy policy.
Android may also include the app's data in the system's automatic backup linked to your Google account, depending on your phone's settings. That feature is controlled by Android and can be turned off in the phone's settings.

The app does not request the internet permission. It is therefore technically unable to send data off the device.
The app does not use advertising networks, analytics tools, tracking SDKs, cloud notification services or any other third-party service. Reading text aloud uses the text-to-speech engine already installed on Android, which runs locally on the device.
Data is kept in the app's private storage area, which Android protects from access by other apps and, on devices with encryption enabled, encrypts at rest together with the rest of the system.
Data stays on the device for as long as the app is installed. You can delete individual reminders and recordings inside the app at any time. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android settings permanently erases all information. Since GSA receives no data, there is nothing to delete on our servers.
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018) and similar laws elsewhere, you have the right to access, correct, port and delete your data. Because all data is under your direct control on your own device, these rights can be exercised directly in the app (edit, export a backup or delete) and in Android settings.
